Here's a history of Bainbridge by a long-time resident of Bainbridge. Mrs. Baum was also a music teacher at Bainbridge Elementary (the old building). The history was published in 1994 with the Bainbridge Historical Society providing information, papers and pictures. Here's a history of Bainbridge by a long-time resident of Bainbridge. Mrs. Baum was also a music teacher at Bainbridge Elementary (the old building). I grew up in Bainbridge. I sat in Nancy Baum's music classes and remember her being a very good teacher.....and so nice. Is this a book that is available to purchase? I am very interested in buying one if it is. I go to the Festival of Leaves each year and am wondering if this book is available to purchase at the Festival.

Alice, there is a copy at the library they will allow you to sign out. It's a wonderful resourse, and worth any effort to get it.
ReplyDeleteThank you for answering my message. I live in Wilmington, OH. so it would be hard for me to get the copy from the library in Bainbridge. I do come to the Festival of Leaves each Fall if I am well enough. Maybe I can at least check it out for a couple of days to peruse it while I am there.
ReplyDeleteI live in Fairfield, PA, and signed up for a Ross co. library card, issued on the spot. I devoured the book, taking copious notes and returned it two days later, before my departure from the area. No excuses... you need to see this book ....just do it. ;-)
